Who can use Ozbon

Your account

Posting ads

When you post an ad, it must be accurate and describe a real item you have the right to sell. We may review, edit, or remove any ad, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Deals between buyers and sellers

Ozbon is a place to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the deals you make. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the items listed. Please meet in safe places, check items carefully before paying, and use good judgement. You deal with other users at your own risk.

Paid promotions

You can pay to promote or boost your listings for more visibility. Fees for these services are shown before you pay. Promotion fees are generally not refundable once the promotion has started, except where the law requires otherwise.

What we are not responsible for

Ozbon is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses that come from deals between users, from items bought or sold, or from your use of the platform.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that put other users at risk. You can stop using Ozbon at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using Ozbon after a change, that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
